Full estate administration, including obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration, calling in assets and finalising estate:

$4,000 - $8,000 + GST

Price range is due to a number of factors such as the physical state of the Will, whether the Probate Registry issues any requisitions and complexity of assets.

Price is easily determined and a fixed quote will be provided following first phone call or meeting.

There will be Supreme Court filing fees in addition to legal fees which can be viewed at https://www.courts.sa.gov.au/rules-forms-fees/fees/probate-fees/.

There may also be other third party fees such as conveyancing and Lands Title Office fees, accountant fees and stock broker fees as part of your estate finalisation.
